We generally check messages once daily, and you can anticipate response within 2 business days or sooner (weekends and LiNC holidays excluded). If you need assistance with Patient Fusion, please contact our office at info@linccenter.com.
Please note, we are not an urgent care facility and we do not provide emergency support services for crisis situations.
For urgent or crisis situation, please call 911 (Emergency) or 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or seek care in your local hospital’s ER.
Our practice is connected to the FollowMyHealth Patient portal as of November 2025. All current established patients are eligible for a FollowMyHealth account. If you are a parent of pediatric parent or the guardian or eligible family member for an adult patient, you may be given authorized user access with appropriate consent. To request authorized user access, please complete a request form here. Transfer patients will be invited by our team to activate your portal account following completion of LiNC registration (see Interested in Care Tab above). Access is granted to new patient at the time of your first visit.
Please note, the former PatientFusion patient portal has been replaced with FollowMyHealth.
