**Please note that our patient care offices are only open and staffed on specific days, appointments are made in advance, no walk-ins can be accepted at these locations**

• Home visits within the Bay Area and Southern California (will vary with physician)

Operating Hours:

1 pm - 4 pm Monday

9 am - 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

9 am - 1 pm Friday

Please note that our team does not have a full time receptionist. 

Limited evening and/or weekend appointments are also available (will vary by physician). 

Established patients may see availability and schedule visits via our online portal.  

New patients must submit all registration information before visits can be arranged.

2026 Holiday Closure information:

Lifetime Neurodevelopmental Care (LiNC) will be fully closed for the following holidays in 2026:

• Thanksgiving: Monday, November 23, 2026 - Friday, November 27, 2026; reopening on Monday, November 30, 2026

• Winter Holidays:  Monday, December 21, 2026 - Friday, January 1, 2027; reopening on Monday, January 4, 2027

During times when our office is closed, for urgent needs please contact your primary care physician or local urgent or emergent care services.  We will be glad to return portal, email, text, and phone messages when our office reopens.
