Operating Hours:

1 pm - 4 pm Monday

9 am - 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

9 am - 1 pm Friday

Please note that our team does not have a full time receptionist. 

Limited evening and/or weekend appointments are also available (will vary by physician). 

Established patients may see availability and schedule visits via our online portal.  

New patients must submit all registration information before visits can be arranged.

2025 Holiday Closure information:

Lifetime Neurodevelopmental Care (LiNC) will be fully closed for the following holidays in 2025:

• Thanksgiving: Monday, November 24, 2025 - Friday, November 28, 2025; reopening on Monday, December 1, 2025

• Winter Holidays:  Monday, December 22, 2025 - Friday, January 2, 2025; reopening on Monday, January 5, 2026

During times when our office is closed, for urgent needs please contact your primary care physician or local urgent or emergent care services.  We will be glad to return portal, email, text, and phone messages when our office reopens.
